Introduction is it important to understand their mind

Leadership in
the early education is the enhancing pedagogical quality that embraces child
growth and provides the better requirement for the development of the child. In
early childhood is it important to understand their mind and approach of a
child towards the gaining of knowledge and learning processes. A systematic
approach is needed for the development of the child and that also considers the
theoretical framework that understands the Early Child Education and Care
(ECEC). This will moreover facilitate researchers to evaluate the operational
system and explain high-quality and best practices of leadership connected with
the enhancement processes and instructive outcomes for kids as well as the
expert growth and well-being of ECEC employees (Aubrey, Godfrey & Harris, 2013).
The employees have to work as a team and this is the reason the leadership
theatrical model and the management of early childhood works has been done. The
prime thesis statement of the essay is the enhancement activities of ECEC
employees in all over the world and the increase of pedagogical quality
enhancement in between the children. There are some empirical findings that
provide the best leadership finding to control and deliver bets education to

is an ability to influence other employees for targeting goal and objectives of
an organization and enhance their work experience for the development of
children. Leaders can change strive of education and implement the innovative
process in the organization for the sustainable development of the company
(Whyte & Scanlan, 2017). The major aspect of leaders to promote certain
different marketing theory that can change the organization as well as enable
learning opportunities. Early child age is the best time to start the learning
procedures and education at that time is the most important section that
effectively coordinates the structural cultural dynamics and impacted over the
child education and their growth. Leadership
theories are the main concern for this early childhood education and care
process and these theories need to be implemented in over the scenario for the
better leaning philosophy (Dragana, Stanisavljevic & Milan, 2017). Trait theory is one of such theories
that signify that leaders are either born and they have some special qualities
that differentiate the person from other people. They managing quality,
responsibility, creativity, innovative nature, risk-taking quality,
understanding of value and objectives of the company these are the behavioral
approach that a leader should have and that signifies the development and
implementation of Trait theory of leadership. Behavioral theory is another leadership theory that signifies
focused on the new perspective of leaders (Campbell-Evans, Stamopoulos &
Maloney, 2014). Leaders have this behavioral change in mental, physical and
social approach and that somehow effect on the evolution of psychometrics and
employees mind, a good work culture can be extracted from this theory. This is
the first theory that divided leaders into two categories and signifies that
two sections leaders are doing different work and all these results in the
improvement of the organization. Contingency
theory based on the certain situation and the theory signifies that there
is no single way of leading a management, rather leaders have to be more active
to make decision in any situation and the taken approach must be effective
enough to diminish the effect of the situation (Long, Souto-Manning and
Vasquez, 2016). This theory considered as the extent of trait theory as the
leadership quality and the express of those feeling is quite similar to the
trait theory. Transactional leadership
theory is the exchange process that identifies the mutual transaction
between the leaders and followers. The values and relationship is the main
transaction of this leadership theory and leaders get some rewards for
development of organization goal. This is mostly associated with individual
strengths and work over that (Li, 2015). These are the theories that impacted
over the learning at the early childhood age as well. All these theories can be
implemented at any level but the interpretation of those theories are
different. Leadership encourages and supports learning outcomes and clearly
targeting the right students for their development at the early childhood age (Sims
et al. 2015). Leaders need to be courageous and ensure the requirement of the
company and implemented innovative steps into everyday practice.

Leadership style
and the relation between leadership and learning outcome is the concern idea
that has surfaced over this essay. There are some effective setting that is
adapted from other places and incorporated in education organization for the
effective enhancement of child learning and care. In my perception, ECEC staffs
need to be educative enough that they have the potential to deliver the
significance of leadership (Johnston & Nahmad-Williams, 2014). According to
my philosophy, building a good team creating some different sense for the child
is necessary and motivates them for the new learning process. Leaders are never
alone rather they have to work with different genre of people this study issue
and engagement also introduced by the team. There are different leadership
models and theories that discussed over here and their operating nature is
significant in this early child age education (Press & Woodrow, 2018). I
think that contextual model of leadership is important for the early age
learning and most of the times the values and situations are unknown so as per
the context the evaluation has been done by ECEC team. There are several levels
of cooperation and leadership tried to reach all those levels for the
improvement of early age children learning (Lee et al. 2015). In case of child
learning manner parents are the important factors as they are initially their
leader, so all the approaches that parents have to deliver are the basic
training for the child. There, I think the need for a contextual model of
leadership is important and this is the reason substantial mutual communication
is important for parents and children. The aim of this paper is to further
develop the contextual leadership model which was introduced here previously (Leske
et al. 2015). Nowadays enough of the arguments regarding educational management
emphasize paradigms because of the establishment of diverse leadership
approaches. Particularly in Australia, these standards of discourses are
extremely regular and this needs to be effectively changed by the conception of
leadership. Leadership becomes holistic in these days and the argument has come
on this point that provides the genuine approach to children they need a proper
guide at the initial stage of their upbringing (Waniganayake, 2014). The
process signifies that paradigm has own ontology, epistemology, symbolic and
mythological system and this is not changeable under any circumstances.
Leadership point of view and articulation consolidates child education. There
are some sorts of logical process help the child care and knowledge and
supports a child for the better development. The team needs to have potential
skills so that they can analyze any kind of child diverse situation in related
to education and provide best and authentic solution for authoritarian
leadership. Processes in ECEC are inclined to the individuality of children’s
families together with related structures and traditions (Vandenbroeck et al
2017). The paper has exposed that learning processes in the families to have an
erect impact over children’s enhancement processes than any foundation, as this
is the basic need for the education and ECEC team tried to provide that to
their parents as well to understand them the value of good approaches.
Education goal, objectives and influence in the pedagogical concept of child
care and created enough chances for the development of learning and strength
making cases. They developed a communal revelation for the education system for
children, parents, and employees and accumulating the team to assist with their
parents and reproduce on their individual functioning and knowledge processes (Waller
& Davis, 2014). This is the main function that provides a favorable
positive impact on the children as their idea has grown up by the process and
an ample bit of leadership attitude has grown within them (Doan, 2016).
Channelize relationship between management and leadership and their impactful
communication to improve the structure of the learning process are the
important aspect for a better outcome for children.

            Their positive support and mental
health by attending the early childhood setting also embrace a better result as
a finding. This is a reflection of positive output that ensures better learning
output from children. In case of early childhood, when children merely
understand any tricky situation the use of early childhood setting is needed
for that situation. The qualities of providing safe environment and promoting
the development of young children with a physical, social and emotional level
of generation are needed in that phase of time (Hein, Reich & Grigorenko, 2015).
Early childhood leadership is a unique leadership process that provides
challenges for the child development and providing legitimate care for children
education and care. Nurturing the environment and provide the better place for
learning is the essential criteria for the core intervention of leadership
theories. In case of all the applications of theories, the major factor that
encompasses is the age of children and leadership affect over the situation.
Creativity, personality relevance terms all these are important for creating a
leaders mindset that provides better chances for education. This is introduced
in leadership and impacted by the combination of better education results and
outcomes. Exploration of new ideas and innovative implementations are important
these theories (Hein, Reich & Grigorenko, 2015). On the other hand,
Behavioral theories introduce the new findings and these findings indulge in
the learning process also, early lesson of childhood maintenance and specific
human behavior sometime deliver better situation  for learning and this needed to be  referred for the behavioral change in children.
The maximum level of performance and better outcome is accepted from ECEC team
and their work culture. The progression is the key determination that
encourages child behavior and attitude towards the right place. The sense of
theory and the importance of transactional process are relevant in this theory
as not only the followers but also the leaders are benefitted by that process (Lee
et al. 2015). The outcome and the result have high expectation and one
individual has to meet the momentum that somehow linked better chances of the
learning process. Learning and leadership outcome are interconnected and
showcases over the theories implementation and that processed over the early
childhood education.

it can be concluded that ECEC leaders need to develop their policy and
introduce innovative systems in their educative system. There is diverse
dimension of the leadership and all those theories are important for the
development of children. Early childhood learning is important for the
development of base for children and all these models ECEC has introduced are the
best in nature. Children can learn something new and also explore the new
dimension of leadership within their course and that is the reason it is
important to them. The aim of ECEC is to maintain the learning function of home
and to the workplace with the home in promoting the stable expansion of the
child’s character. The safe and warm relation can be maintained by the
all-round development from ECEC and their employees are enough capable to
measure the quality in between the children and regulate the best support for
their growth and expansion in learning sector. The directive of children’s
facilities was examined by expending the content inquiry technique. It was
definite to practice as a data basis the important directive article of the
contributing nations and this is the major aspect of the development of child
development. In this paper, the thesis statement reflected the assumption so
children opportunity for introducing ECEC and this is quite relevant enough as
most of the learning process has been introduced by those employees. Countries
growth and development is depending on the children so educative nature is
important and relevant for the better use and that signifies better chance to
mark them on the nation’s ground. There are so many solutions and all those
situations are related to the betterment of children and that implementation is
needed for the effective growth of children. Better learning outcome and
standard must be provided to children by the employees of ECEC and that
signifies tier deliverance standard as well.
